OVERVIEW

Innovation!!

The outer shell is shock resistant and made of rigid metallic ABS plastic while the interior made of a single block of dense foam. This is one of the few bari cases that we actually can recommend as a flight case. You can feel comfortable knowing your bari is well protected should you choose to check it when flying or shipping it. The rollerblade type wheels also make transport a breeze.

a good one

Comments about Bam Hightech Baritone Saxophone Case:

I checked my bari (Yanagisawa A-901) for a non-stop flight from Houston to Bogota and back and my horn was fine. I mention that because I know it can be hard to figure out how to fly with a bari. They do say that Yani's are pretty rugged, though. The case is also very light and well designed. The wheels are great but I only use them on inside surfaces.

Load in is a snap with this case. Not quite the Vulcan case that Doc uses to travel with TOP, but fits my Yanagisawa perfectly.

Best investment I ever made

Comments about Bam Hightech Baritone Saxophone Case:

The worst part about playing the bari is getting it where it needs to be. The 'coffin' my Yamaha came in should have come with a moving crew! Buying the BAM case was one of the better decisions I made concerning the bari. It has wheels, it has shoulder straps, and it is a heck of a lot lighter than the case it came in. I know that my horn is safe and secure in the BAM (as long as I make sure all the clasps are shut). The case is pricey, but then so is the horn. If you buy a good horn, you should spend the money on a good case. This case is the best.

Great cases but locks are not so good.

Comments about Bam Hightech Baritone Saxophone Case:

The Bam case is great, but the hinges are rusting after 6 years or so, when the case first came out! The inside is starting to come apart also! But I do like the idea. Could be a hair better
