After forty years of road work with many big bands I began having "control" problems with my mouthpiece. I am sure that the reason for the problems was due to recent major dental work. My frustration grew to the point of considering my playing days were over. Then, I tried the Richie Cole mouthpiece and was honestly amazed at the ease of control, intonation, and my performances were no longer an exercise in "fear!" I'm going to order another as a backup! I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to experience total control, a great sound, and ease of projection.
