I just received my Benge pocket trumpet. When I started thinking about a pocket I searched through all of the reviews that I could find and the Benge seemed to be rated #1 in most of them. I have found its tone to be very open and nicely centered. I haven't found a note on it that it tremendously out of tune. The only problem that I have with it is finding a comfortable position to hold it with my left hand.
