Breedlove Solo Series
The Solo Series is designed to make your playing experience as personal as possible, with a unique Side Monitor Soundhole that virtually puts your ears in the audience while you play. Breedlove Pinless Bridge
The Breedlove Pinless Bridge helps maintain the integrity of the top by eliminating the need for six drilled string holes. The Breedlove Pinless Bridge also provides a gentler string-break angle from the bridge to the top of the saddle, reducing saddle strain. This innovative bridge also makes string changes a breeze, especially on 12 strings. Plus, you’ll never again have to worry about lost, worn-out, or broken bridge pins.

Breedlove guitars feature a slimmer neck profile which enables comfortable play, even with smaller hands. The hand-rubbed, semi-gloss Breedlove neck finish also contributes to ideal playability. The solid Sitka spruce top is paired with an extra-deep sapele body to generate bright and clearly articulated single notes. Crafted to help players accurately hear their instrument when playing, the Breedlove Monitor side sound hole projects sound directly toward the ear, allowing guitarists to hear their performance with an entirely new dimension of clarity and detail. The Solo Concert includes a proprietary LR-TCV preamp with an L.R. Baggs Element pickup, a 3-band EQ, presence, phase, and a stealthy chromatic tuner.

Sitka spruce top
Sitka spruce, picea sitchensis, originates in the northwest United States. Sitka spruce has been the primary top wood for American-made instruments for decades. It is strong and light with extended harmonic content, and it nearly equals the power of Adirondack. It offers a strong, focused tone with a solid fundamental -- perfect for flatpicking styles. When compared with European spruce, Sitka delivers warmer, more fundamental sound, largely free of overtones. Sitka takes a slightly longer period of playing time to open up. It has a straight uniform grain and coloration ranges from white to pink to light brown.
