Body Shape
The Concert is Breedlove's most popular body shape, favored by players because it is well-balanced, compact, comfortable to play, and offers all the qualities of a great-sounding guitar. It generates a wonderfully articulate range of tone with an ample low end that is never boomy, but always felt. The Concert works well when played fingerstyle, as vocal accompaniment, or at a full strum.
Top Wood
Sitka spruce is grown in the Pacific Northwest, and has been the primary top wood for U.S.A. instruments for many decades. It is strong and light with extended harmonic content, and nearly equals the power of Adirondack.
Back and Side Wood
Sapele is similar both visually and tonally to dense mahogany, but both darker and harder, giving it a strong visual presence and a bit more upper-harmonic content and low-end clarity. It's a good choice for many sizes and shapes, and works well for strumming and fingerstyle.
Electronics
The Fishman ISYS 201 Onboard Preamp System provides maximum value in a small footprint. The system features volume, tone shaping, and phase controls; a pre-wired Fishman Sonicore pickup, low-profile control knobs, low-battery indicator and combination battery box and output jack.

Breedlove's comprehensive quality control process provides the player with an instrument that will play perfectly right out of the box. Prior to shipment, every Breedlove instrument undergoes a rigorous 25-to-30-point inspection in Bend, Oregon by Breedlove's expert U.S. quality control team. Breedlove starts with a visual inspection: checking aesthetic and structural elements of the body and components for flaws. Next, each guitar is tuned and undergoes a play test, where Breedlove's craftspeople check nut height, relief, action, and string height. Based on the results of the play test, Breedlove's QC team then adjusts for maximum playability. Finally, each instrument is buffed and polished by hand with painstaking attention to detail. Once the instrument has passed inspection, a signed QC sticker is placed, and the instrument is carefully packed and shipped.
Lifetime Warranty
Breedlove players around the world can attest: With consistent, proper care, your Breedlove will give you a lifetime of service and inspiration. New Breedlove instruments, purchased through an authorized Breedlove dealer, are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship throughout the lifetime of the original owner. In addition to materials and workmanship, Breedlove offers a two-year warranty on tuning machines and electronics packages. Cases and bags are subject to a one-year warranty covering defects in structure and hardware.
