    Comments about Bundy BPC-300 Piccolo:

I started on the flute before switching to the bassoon. I continue to play flute in parades, I had always wanted a Piccolo but price was a huge issue. I wanted a good quality Piccolo but not break the bank. I've always been a supporter of the Bundy name. The Piccolo is a great choice! Its so easy to produce a sound, and a great beginner Piccolo, even for an adult. I highly recommend any school adding this to their line-up, no matter if its a middle school or a college.

Good for a beginner, not so much for more experienced player

    Comments about Bundy BPC-300 Piccolo:

This would be a good beginner instrument. I purchased it due to it's low price and since I don't play piccolo as often as I play flute. I've had this piccolo for almost four years, playing it on occasion with a concert band. Just this past week when I was putting it away after a rehearsal, the metal top to the body part came off, but was an easy fix with a little glue. Good for use with school bands, however if going on to college or a more professional band, I'd recommend a higher quality instrument.

    Comments about Bundy BPC-300 Piccolo:

I bought this obviously for the price. Altogether this piccolo has proved itself, and for the price it's not bad. But I feel that of you're going to spend the money, spend a little more and get a quality one. This one will only last you a couple years.

    A good choice for me

    Comments about Bundy BPC-300 Piccolo:

I last played a piccolo briefly in high school. MANY years later I've bought this piccolo, primarily for performance in church. I didn't want to spend a lot and this piccolo was the right price point for me. I think it sounds great and believe I'll sound better over time, less airy, and more able to hit the higher range consistently. By July I'll be ready to accompany our organist on Stars and Stripes. This piccolo ships with a cleaning rod-- although the details on accessories don't mention that.

    great piccolo

    Comments about Bundy BPC-300 Piccolo:

This piccolo is really good! Here's a few pointers though. 1 After a while you need the cork grease to set into the cork because it's tough at first, but does well in a week. 2 A few notes on mine were a bit sharp, but that's normal on most piccolos. 3 The cleaning rag is WAY to big to fit into the bore so toss it. 4 The pads are well done there's no sticking. 5 the tone's just beautiful even in the wispy lower register. Alltogether it is a really great piccolo.

    Comments about Bundy BPC-300 Piccolo:

I bought this piccolo expecting it to be junk but it proved itself worthy to me after going through various tests and trials and I now prefer it over my other piccolo which I paid double the price for. This is a great investment.

    Great product

    Comments about Bundy BPC-300 Piccolo:

I've been playing flute for 6 years, and piccolo for about 2 or 3, so I'm pretty comfortable giving this piccolo a review, although I'm not an expert. Compared to my last piccolo (also a Bundy), the tone color is warmer and richer. It's quite easy to play also. The Ab key is a bit larger (like my other piccolo) so it's easier to reach with the pinky, for an ease of use. The notes are very clear, even if you go high, and the pads don't stick either. It still plays great even if it's raining outside, and has good tone color inside. This piccolo is great, and I would definitely recommend it.

    Comments about Bundy BPC-300 Piccolo:

I have an old flute that I started to play. I figured a little piccolo would be easy to carry around and play when I had 'free time'. It's not a traditional wood piccolo, but the notes are clear and sweet and although I've only been practicing the flute a few weeks, this piccolo makes it more fun. I can't compare it to other piccolos, but I can't see how they can be much better than this one.
