Beautiful craftsmanship. One of the finest mouthpieces you will find. Very reed friendly, great response, tuning and tone. Easy to play and excellent in all respects. I have played most all of the top stuff out there including the top vintage mouthpieces and Clark Fobes mouthpieces easily equal of surpass most any. They should be on any serious player’s short list of mouthpieces to try!

I'd really been struggling with a mouthpiece that gave me that perfect focused sound, and then my teacher introduced me to this. She had gotten the CF and found it a little too closed, so she had recommended me to try the CF+. However, it also is fairly closed ( more closed than most mouthpieces). The mouthpiece really gives me this beautiful dark colorful sound that I cant live without! My only complaint is that both my teacher and I have a difficult time finding hard enough reeds. We're both using vandoren 5 with this. I would definitely recommend an experienced player to try this, because once you do, you will never have to look for a mouthpiece again!
