The open-wrap Conn 88HTG provides a custom trombone sound for an affordable price. Featuring the valve designed by professional trombonist Gary Greenhoe, the 88HTG allows the travel of the sound path to be very short through the valve to minimize distortion. By far the best production horn on the market. I recently played and compared xenos, strads, and conns. The conns were the best and easiest to play and this was a step above all the others. The 88hcl had an awful valve and didn't quite sound right. The 88hko was my second choice but the 9inch bell wasn't for me. The 88htg sounded and Played the best by far. So I bought it.
