Product Overview and Specifications
The Fender '65 Twin Reverb

If you need a husky, confident, clean sound with enough head-room to compete on stage with a heavy handed drummer, the '65 Twin Reverb is the amp for you. This amp has seen action in every imaginable musical venue, and continues its musical legacy today.

The '65 Twin Reverb is an authentic reproduction of the original amp to ride the wild surf, one of the all-time "hall of fame" amplifiers. Clean as you want it to be with a tone fatter than the butcher's dog. Features: 2 channels, all tube circuitry, tube vibrato, tube spring reverb, tilt-back legs, Black-Face cosmetics, 2-button footswitch.

For over 50 years, the Fender name has been synonymous with quality, reliability, flexibility, innovation - and tone, tone, tone! In that time, Fender has revolutionized the way instruments are made and how music is played, and some of the most-revered and recorded amplifiers have sported the Fender nameplate - from the "Mother of all amps," the Bassman®, and the "hardest working amp in show business," the Twin Reverb®, to modern masters like the Vibro-King®, Tone Master®, and the Hot Rod Deluxe®.

Musical Experience: playing with live bands for 5 years
Style of music: country, classic rock, blues

I used to use a peavey special 212 but it was too noisy for me. One night, I sat in with a band at a bar and the guitar player was using a twin reverb so I decided to purchase this one. It took a little tweaking of the knobs but I finally came out with the sound I wanted. Great purchase. I would recommend it to anyone who wants the clean sound. You may think the price is a bit steep but it's well worth it.
