Modified Key System Opens Doors to New Repertoire
The Fox 555 leverages a modified conservatory key system, equipped with silver-plated keys and numerous enhancements enabling advancing technique. Split plate half hole, left-hand F, F resonance mechanism, F# key tab, B tab, articulated C# mechanism, open-hole A, E and D keys and an array of trill keys provide access to an expansive range of fingering options. Musicians can explore new repertoire with confidence in the Fox 555's capability and responsiveness.
Durable yet Resonant Body Mimics Grenadilla
While highly durable, the Fox 555's plastic resin body produces a warm, rich tone comparable to wood. Resistant to damage from temperature changes, humidity and minor impacts, the plastic resin requires little maintenance yet exhibits a resonant quality ideal for student instruments. Cork pads on select keys and a bladder pad on the low B key further enhance the Fox 555's tonal qualities and playability.

From silver plated keys to stainless steel springs and screws, no detail was overlooked in the crafting of the Fox 555.
