The chrome is fine but the black oxide knurled screws were rusty out of the blister pack. Did not fit my Epiphone SG Special. Had to pull the screw inserts out of the guitar, bore out the holes to 1/2" dia, and hammer in the included new inserts. The chrome body has very little slop for fit so the spacing of the inserts has to be right on. The Epi SG Special was ok after boring out.
