Both of our kids used the Glasser composite bows with their fractional violins. These are so much better than the fiberglass bows, and have a better density than wood or even CF in the small sizes, so they actually sound better than much more expensive (and usually less durable) bows. The have a lively feel like a good wood, bow, and so will even allow development of more advanced bow technique.
