10 step process
The "hand-select" shafts are then custom-lathed and finished using an exclusive 10-step process. This process provides a unique moisture seal which results in a superior, smooth feel. Our custom-finish further prevents the bamboo from drying out which deters warping and splitting, and increases the overall life of the shaft.
Hand paired
Finally, the shafts are hand-paired to insure proper balance and consistent diameters. Quality German & American wool felts are hand-sewn over wooden cores to provide a full tone with minimal contact sound.
