Comments about Grover-Trophy Clarinet Marching Lyres:

I'm in a marching band with a high step and it stays in place very well without loosening or dropping my flip folder.

Poorly constructed, not durable at all

Comments about Grover-Trophy Clarinet Marching Lyres:

We purchased these lyres for our middle school students, and 1/3 of them were broken after the first rehearsal (we were simply standing and playing, nothing rigorous). The metal ring is not solid metal, but it appears to be soldered together (poorly). When students attach the top section to the ring, it can twist/snap right off, leaving the bare ring still attached to the clarinet. Some snapped off as students were trying to flip pages. I've never experienced this with any other lyres in the past.
