" A little piece of Heaven"

I was a little skeptical about this product at first because of the large tip opening. But when i played it, it was the best mouthpiece i have ever played, the others are(ce winds, beechler, and a jody jazz HR). It was free blowing, the intonation is great, and its projection was just right. I reccomend this product to every Tenor Sax Player.

"The King"

I just got this piece tonight and played it for some time. It has a nice bright edge to its tone yet nice and smooth. Great smooth subtones and makes altissimo easy to reach. It definitely gave me a more modern in combination with my cannonball tenor. No dislikes thus far. I luck forward to building a relationship with this mpc as I put my Vandoren HR to rest for a little while.

LT Guardala King Tenor Mpc

I have several of the handmade Guardalas in various models & I can honestly say that this laser trimmed variety is as good in virtually every aspect. Speed of response, intonation from altissimo to sub-tones, flexibility, thickness of tone etc. The one area where it doesn't equal the handmade pieces is its volume. It is still, however, very loud & outblows any Berg, Lakey, Dukoff or Freddie Gregory I have tried. I have used this piece since July in my Soul & Blues bands on both my MK VI & Keilwerth 'Shadow' with equally excellent results. To be perfectly truthfull, I don't envisage ever changing back to the handmade ones, as the slight difference in volume can be overcome with appropriate mixer & PA applification. As if all this wasn't enough, it comes at an unbelievable price as well!!
