The Ibanez S Series 30th Anniversary Electric Guitar is a custom version of the S970w. This is a striking shredder with a unique combination of tonewoods, shape and hardware. The comfortably contoured African mahogany body with rosewood top is perfectly joined to a 3pc Wenge/ Bubbinga neck. The neck incorporates the Wizard Premium design that has the same construction and thickness as the Wizard Prestige and is balanced for both comfort and speed. CAP pickups in an HSH configuration provide a vast variety of tones.
This celebration of our 30th year also features the Ibanez Zero Resistance and Zero Point System 3 tremolo system that permits extreme dive-bombing while returning all the strings back in tune, even if one breaks en route. A locking nut and cosmo black hardware complete this guitar's collection of features.
