I am very impressed with these speakers. Currently I am using them in a Late 70's Peavy 212 Classic. The sound is very close to a Fender twin, bright and crisp. They really do sound like a vintage speaker. They could use a little more low end, but then that would take something away from the vintage sound. But if you play a lot of blues or rock a billy, I don't know if you could find a better speaker.
