The Jet-Tone Leon Merian Series of Trumpet Mouthpieces

The Merian C Series
Designed with a medium, convex cup, a contoured 27 throat, and a quick flare symphonic backbore, creating an open, pure, rich sound with tremendous presence. The ideal all around mouthpiece for solo, sectional and legitimate performance. Inside diameter is .650". X model has inside diameter of .640".

The Merian E Series
A slightly shallower cup than the C for easier playing in the high register. An excellent mouthpiece that allows a solid middle and low register, producing a brilliant, open sound. Inside diameter is .650". X model has an inside diameter of .640".

The Merian "Sizzler"
This model has a shallow, convex cup, contoured 26 throat, with a double open backbore. It is an extremely powerful mouthpiece that sizzles and screams. Inside diameter is .650". The X model has an inside diameter of .640".

LMC	Merian C, diameter .650", Deep cup, 27 throat size, Outside Diameter 1.075" - Ideal for all-around work from jazz to symphonic. Open, pure, rich sound.
LMCX	Merian CX - .640" ID, Deep cup, 27 throat size, 1.075" OD - Same as LMC, but with a smaller inside diameter
LME	Merian E - .650" ID, Medium Cup, 27 throat size, 1.075" OD - Slightly shallower cup for a more brilliant tone and sustained high notes.
LMEX	Merian EX - .640" ID, Medium Cup, 27 throat size, 1.075" OD. Same as LME, but with a smaller inside diameter
LMPG	Merian Personal Gold - .660" ID, Medium Deep CUP, 27 throat size, 1.100" OD - The rim is designed to give the player maximum comfort and control. The modified V-shaped design will give the projection needed to focus on a fat, warm sound. For all around
LMS	Sizzler Model - .650" ID, Shallow cup, 26 throat size, 1.075" OD. Shallow cup for very bright sound and ease of high register playing. Incredible sound.
LMSX	Sizzler X Model - .640" ID, Shallow cup, 26 throat size, 1.075" OD - slightly smaller for the less developed player or someone who wants even more high register with a big sound.
