Good product

Comments about Jewel Silk Clarinet Swab:

I used this swab for about two years before giving it to a friend. It wasn't as pictured though. Rather than being purple and blue it was yellow green and blue. I would have to pull this through a couple times to clean out all the moisture.

Disappointed.

Comments about Jewel Silk Clarinet Swab:

The description of this item in no way signified that the product would vary from the description. I just received this item and was disappointed to find that my clarinet swab is not even close to the colors in the picture. I'm very disappointed.

WASH SEPARATELY

Comments about Jewel Silk Clarinet Swab:

I got this swab because I wanted a fun-colored one for my clarinet. I used it for a while, and was pretty happy with it, but then I had to wash it. Being tie-dyed, mostly red, silk, and the first time washing it, I decided to hand wash it with warm water and some laundry detergent in a plastic bowl. I was appalled to find the pink and red dye RUNNING out of the cloth. I thought this was no big deal because after one wash it shouldn't do that anymore. I let it dry, but for curiosity's sake, washed it again. The water still ran pretty pink. Only on the third wash was the water just a slight pink color. I still use it, but only after it dried completely. In conclusion, WASH SEPARATELY.
