Korg MM-1 MetroGnome

This meteronome is small, compact, and portable. You can hear it clearly and stay focused on the beat even if there are other distracting noises. Very good features for the same economic price as others.

I really enjoy the low noise of this metronome. As a rider and designer of musical freestyles for dressage horses it is so very nice to be able to hear the sounds around you. It is so lightweight and comfortable on the ear. I have bought several for friends that are also riders. The horse must maintain a proper rhythm at the gaits.

I bought this for my son who was drumline section leader for marching band. This metronome is great for students, easy to use, nearly indestructible, withstood the elements, and an accidental washing! (Always check pockets) lol. I'm sure the manufacturer doesn't recommend this. He used this for 3 years and it's still in great working condition. Many of his friends have also purchased this and love the versatility.

Being a trombonist, I often struggle finding a metronome that I can hear over my own playing, which is why I came to make this purchase. I loved this metronome at first! However, I had many problems with the battery just inexplicably not working. Sometimes I'd have to take it out, reset the metronome, and then it would finally work again. It became rather cumbersome after awhile until I inevitably lost the metronome all together! It is rather small and easy to misplace. Still, a good metronome for the price and size.
