Kustom KPA4 PA Package
If your playing a larger sized club or a 500 person wedding, you need to use a large, pro-quality PA system.
However...
If you are playing a smaller venue, there is no need to bring in the truckload sized system. All you will need is the Kustom KPA80 "PA in a Box" portable system. Whether you are playing in one of those ever increasing coffeehouses that keep springing up everywhere or a bar or restaurant or a small church that you always have a hard time hearing the minister, the bottom line is that many places demand that you come in with a smaller high quality PA system. These require that you have a better way of getting in, doing your show and getting out quickly and quietly. This is the job that this system was designed for exactly.
A Practical Solution
Kustom (yes, they're the ones that used to make the padded "tuck and roll" amplifiers of the 60's and 70's that resembled the dashboards in Tijuana's best sparkly colors) has designed a sensible system that is small, lightweight and very flexible. It's a practical solution to the above problems, a good sounding and easily adaptable and it fits into the backseat of a GEO Metro. It could even be used as a monitor system for a larger PA system.
It Meets the Challenge
The Kustom KPA80 is the original, proven, worldwide winner. It was designed for anyone who needs a "big" sound out of a little package. It is perfect for music in smaller venues, a DJ working a dance, delivering a speech, sales presentations, bingo or aerobics classes. This system was designed to fill your needs. Compact, lightweight, flexible, it's ready to meet the challenge of today's portable sound system requirements.
The Goodies
The system is comprised of two KSC10 speakers and KPM4080 Powered Mixer head. Each channel of the 4 channel mixer is equipped with an XLR low impedance (with phantom power) and a quarter inch high impedance input. These inputs maybe used with mics, electric or electro-acoustic guitars, keyboards or line level (tape, CD player or drum machines). Each channel also has a volume, an extremely wide range and useful tone control and a reverb control.
Yes, it contains a sweet sounding spring reverb unit on board.
Moving over to the master section we find an overall master volume control, a three band equalizer, master reverb and tape/CD input master. The unit also features a tape in and output, a line level output (for hooking up additional power amps or a monitor amp) and dual speaker outputs. A honest 80 watts of RMS power is delivered into a four ohm load. Ultra clean MOS-FETs deliver this power to the speakers.
