Overall good quality, with some setbacks.

When I first got the horn, I found that it was easy to get used to after switching from alto, although the G# and low C keys had a tendency to squeak. Overall, it's a good instrument for the price.

Tone is something that is vitally important to me. I picked up my LA Sax Tenor a few years ago, having never played tenor before, and I found it to be a breeze. LA Sax has overcome challeges from the past and previous ownership of the company, and is dedicated to excellent workmanship and as always, a hot looking line of horns.

This is a great horn that can play everything from hard rock to the smoothest of jazz. Excellent key response; great feel to the horn; wouldn't trade it for any other! The kameleon laquer is amazing.

This Tenor is among the best I have ever played. I've had mine for about a year and play it constantly. The horn's dynamic range is outstanding, it'll play anything from a whisper to a volume that will blow the walls out of your house. The key action is great as well, a little rigid at first but it didn't take long to break it in. I Love my L.A. Sax Pro series and will be playing it for years to come. I also recommend pairing it with a Berg Larsen mouthpiece. The plastic one that comes with it doesn't provide much control.
