Comments about Last Stand Deluxe Orff Instrument Stand:
I have 4 of these stands. They really save me a lot of set up/ pack up time. And I find I use the instruments more in class because of the convenience. I like having my students stand up to play instead of kneeling on the floor. The stands/carts work well on smooth floors. These carts are not going to work bumping over sidewalks, transitions or thresholds. Some of the wheels are really smooth and quiet. Others are a little rough. Pay attention to the different sizes. Deep Bass Xylos and Metalophones will end up too high for smaller students unless you use the shorter carts and visa versa for the altos and sopranos. As soon as I can get some more donations, I will purchase a few more. I would recommend these especially considering the cost.
