I just bought two of these and they work well for band. It's cheaper than buying new bells or a xylophone for marching band, but they're a little weird. The paint design on them looks like the paint is chipping off, but it isn't. It's made that way. It looks good from far away, but up close it looks really weird. Don't know why they did that.
