i prefered this mic because of its price and reviews, and i can say i am satisfied with it. i use it as overhead for drum recording. It captures cymbals clean and good. I use it for hihat and a crash.

I bought a Nady CM90 recently for use with my Tablas. They are fantastic on the right drum , crisp, tight and clear. Wouldn't recommend for vocals though. On any wood based percussion they are absolutely incredible . I am going to buy two more soon.

This mic is great for micing drums. I will be buying more of them for drums very soon. I wouldn't recommend them for singing but drums they're perfect. Also I recorded guitar with them and it sounds really great.
