The handmade headjoint is easy to control. From high to low, the tone is splendid and it keeps good tension at all ranges. The low register has wonderful volume and a good response. The middle register has a sweet and smooth sound. The high register is free of stress and is not shrill.
We have achieved this outstanding head design by focusing on the fact that the flute has three different registers, each having different modes of vibration. Thus we make a head that adjusts to those three different registers by allowing the performer the flexibility needed to produce the tone desired.
We manufacture each headjoint by hand with gold plating on the crown. On the silver headjoint we put a dull silver emblem.
