Very good cymbal. Yes it is brass but it doesn't have that nasty brass sound like others like b8's. It has a good explosive sound. It does have a little hum under the sound though. Also I need to point out that it is not as responsive as maybe it could be, you need to hit kinda hard to get a deep crash sound. But it can keep up with the bad boys. It has a very professional sound. It sounds incredible for a brass sound.
