Comments about Pearl Championship Snare Drum:

This drum is the best i've seen so far i love how it is free range and that means nothing is connected to the shell it has a nice sound to it they are hard to tune at first but stay tuned for a good 2 years this is well worth the drum for any marching snare player

Comments about Pearl Championship Snare Drum:

The Montreal Drum Line has 11 Championship FFX white snares. We like the sound. If it's good enough for the Cadels then it's good enough for us. Thanks

Comments about Pearl Championship Snare Drum:

I saw these drums on our high school line and I thought they were amazing. They had more snare gut strands than the Yamaha SFZ models and it was lighter and had better resonance than the SFZ's as well. Overall great drum, the infamous pearl does it again. I own the 13"X11" with an Evans hazy snare side head on bottom and a Black Max on top. I have a small pad on the bottom of the batter head to keep it from ringing, but other than that its perfect.

Comments about Pearl Championship Snare Drum:

Ever since I saw this drum on the movie drum line I wanted one. I think that this drum is the best marching snare drum on the market. Replace the top head with a Remo Black Max.

Great Snare!

Comments about Pearl Championship Snare Drum:

I just purchased the 13"x11" snare about two weeks ago and it is fantastic. I use SFZ 14"x12" in school with Black Max's on them, and they're great too. I'm just not made of money. I had heard this snare at competitions, so I saw the great price and decided to get it. I put a White Max to contrast the black finish, and it looks and sounds great. I put an Evans Staccato Disk in there too to kill a little ring that was left, and that was the icing on the cake. Great snare, great price, don't hesitate to buy!

pearl ffx has the best sound durability and over all perform

Comments about Pearl Championship Snare Drum:

I have played many different type and sizes of marching snares and I have found that the Pearl FFX was my favorite. I am fond of the 13"X 11", because of its light weight; it makes performance go a lot smoother. I march sling so a heavy drum does a job not only on the person playing but the sling itself. All and all I have to say, pearl really is the best.

Comments about Pearl Championship Snare Drum:

I bought this drum a month ago and it is really good. It has a crisp sound and really high tension. When you get this drum, you have to replace the drumhead when it comes. I play this drum for hours. I own a black one. Hope you will enjoy this drum when you buy it or play it. Enjoy!

Comments about Pearl Championship Snare Drum:

This marching snare I would say has to be either the best or one of the best ever made. From the crisp articulation to it's instant release of a note, I must say this drum has it all! I would highly recommend purchasing this drum for either your drumline or musical ensemble you perform with or work with!

Comments about Pearl Championship Snare Drum:

This snare is a great instrument. I bought the 13 in, because I didn't have a lot of money to blow, and it is sweet. I got it in the pure white, and I put a Remo Blackmax head on it, and it looks and sounds good. It comes with a drum key and stuff and I've got it cranked up really tight. It makes a nice crack, but then a thud at the same time. Great sound, great price, great looks, do I have to say anything else? BUY THIS DRUM!!!! YOU WONT REGRET IT!
