I bought this pad along with a few pintech zenbals. I used this pad as the snare for my Yamaha DTX v2 set. I was surprised that it's very good. It really feels like a real snare and my drum rolls are considered to be a lot easier and accurate. I recommend this unit highly.

I bought this snare just because of the size (14") , the regular size of a snare. It turned out to be my favorite drum of the whole set. Tension holds great and takes a good beating. Feels just like playing a regular snare and the dual trigger makes the rim shot sound great too. Buy it and enjoy it, the price is right.
