I received this case as a gift last year and I have to say that it serves me excellently. I've kept 2 different instruments in the case, my Yamaha YTS-475 that I use for Marching Band and my Selmer Super Action 80 that I use for classical and jazz. The case has survived being buried under other marching band equipment, being dropped due to my clumsiness, and even me sitting on it, with absolutely no damage to instrument inside. There is a flute pocket on one side, but I keep a stand in it because I don't play flute. The pocket on the other side holds all of my accessories. The only problem I have with the case is that the mouthpiece compartment doesn't do a very good job of keeping the mouthpiece secure. Upon opening the case I usually find the mouthpiece floating around the main compartment. I bought a mouthpiece pouch and keep my mouthpieces in the side pocket now. Other than that small problem, I love the case and would recommend it to anybody looking for a lighter alternative to the monster cases that tenor saxophones come with nowadays.

I've been looking for a case for my '47 Conn 10M "Ladyface" tenor sax for years. This case is a perfect fit. Any other cases I've tried (including Gator GL, & SKB) have needed modifications. The outside pockets hold a stand plus any other accessories, and the interior is very soft and well constructed. I purchased the silver (looks great !). Highly recommended.

My Mark VI fits in the case snug and supported in all the right places. The mouthpiece compartment will only hold some mouthpieces. The longer classical style mouthpiece is to long for the cut out. The Neck compartment is to high and the weight of the lid pushes down on the neck to hard. It seems like the shelf part that the cork end lays on could be removed and more padding could be installed so the neck would sit lower. It has plenty of storage on the outside and is light to carry.

I bought this case for my Conn chu berry. It is a perfect fit. It protects my instrument amazingly. I recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to lug around an annoying square case that ways more than their saxophone and the protec case combined.

This is a great case. I had an old beat up case before and it was really heavy. The protec contoured case is light and protects the horn well. It also has a lock hole. It's a great deal for the price.
