I recently purchased the tenor/bari version of this neckstrap (using with bari) and can safely say that I'm very satisfied with it. Unlike the aircell strap, It doesn't bounce or loosen over time AT ALL. And, it's very comfortable to wear, without even needing any "break-in" time. Some downsides are that it can be a little difficult to adjust when still fastened to the horn, and the paint/rubber on the hook appears to already be wearing off after less than a week's usage. This means it could potentially be noisy over time. But overall, this is a solid neckstrap, especially for under 20 dollars.
Ok here is my experience so far. I ordered this strap for my tenor a couple months back. Upon first use, the padding felt like it was putting extra, almost uncomfortable, pressure on the back and sides of my neck. This did get better after a few day break in period and is now pretty comfortable. Now the problem I have (and reason I am writing this review) is that the adjustment mechanism tends to slip over time. The padding and everything is cool but it gets pretty annoying when you are sitting in a rehearsal and the horn is too low when you put it up to play. It's gotten to the point where I am questioning using this strap as I am constantly having to worrying about readjusting it. I feel like this is not as much of an issue on alto due to less weight, as I use a rico strap without this problem. If you play tenor, expect to readjust this strap several times while shedding
