ive tried v12's, grand concerts, la voz, marca, alexander, these reeds BY FAR (with the exception of grand concert) the most cosistent, and the least reedy sound. i use a david mcclune mouthpiece (s2) and these reeds absolutely soar aboe all else. i watched someone that was playing on a vandoren standard reed. i gave them one of these, their tone COMPLETELY transofrmed. these reeds are amazing. the best ive ever played. please try them
