Comments about Rolls RM65 MixMax 6x4 Mixer:
I own several of these mixers, & have used them for many years. I've been quite pleased, and have yet to find a single rack space mixer that can do all the RM65 can. Six channels that can handle either mics or instruments, each with volume, treble/bass, pan, & fx controls, as well as a monitor send, is a lot in a single space. Sure, the EQ may not be comparable to a more full-sized, more expensive mixer, but it's decent, and considering all you get, I've been quite satisfied. It allows me to fit a lot of various equipment into my rack, and to keep it at only a 4-space size, which makes it nicely portable... When I do bigger shows, concerts/festivals, etc, I can have my own sub-mix, and just run direct out to the FOH soundmen, and it works just fine... Until someone comes along with one better, I'll continue using my Rolls, who by the way, have excellent customer service, too.
