The Schertler Basik Universal Contact Microphone is designed for use with practically any stringed, percussive or ethnic instrument. This cost-effective and easy-to-apply transducer microphone offers a precise, natural sound and is highly recommended for student and semi-professional applications. The standard Basik-Set includes the pickup and a phantom power adapter box supplied with a 1.5V AA battery. This enables the microphone to be plugged into any amplifier. This set includes a reusable inert putty to hold the transducer in the optimal spot for the perfect sound.
