Why Woodwind & Brasswind ?

The Schilke XA1 / XA7 Custom Bb Cornets are built in the tradition of British Brass Band vintage cornet design. The Schilke XA1 features a tighter wrap for a rich, dark round sound and excellent response. The tight wrap also produces articulation clarity plus good projection at higher volumes. The Schilke XA7 features the same bell as the XA1, but with a medium bore to provide the player with slightly more resistance. The Schilke XA1 and XA7 Custom Bb Cornets are available in silver finish.
