Selmer CL211 Intermediate Bb Clarinet
The CL211 clarinet is constructed from high-quality grenadilla wood, also known as African blackwood, prized for its tonal qualities. The dense, hardwood body helps produce a focused tone with rich overtones. Grenadilla wood is also highly resistant to weathering and temperature changes, ensuring this clarinet provides years of reliable performance.
The CL211 features silver-plated keys and double-skin pads designed for quick, accurate response. The silver-plating resists tarnishing while the double-skin pads provide an airtight seal for clear intonation and tonal control. Blue steel springs provide smooth, balanced key action, even in the higher registers.
An adjustable thumbrest lets you customize the hand position for maximum comfort and ease of playing. The medium-small .573" bore with undercut toneholes makes this clarinet well-suited for a wide range of playing styles and skill levels.
