Before I bought the dimebicker, I asked a friend of mine if it was any good because he is one of the best guitarists in the state. He said that it was awesome. So I had one put in my Ibanez jet king. It made a really cheep guitar sound flipping awesome. The distortion is mind-blowing and even with lots of gain, the clarity is still there. I found that it is also good for CLEEN sounds as well.

I've been using the dime bucker for one year with an Ibanez RG guitar and I can't find a better sound yet. Far away better from original Ibanez pickups, it spreads a unique Metal sound under distortion. Due to its equalization it makes your sound full of trebles’. The more you increase gain, the best it sounds!

When this thing first came out a few years ago, I knew I had to have it. A dean dime model at a local music store had this pickup in it and I played that for a while to get a feel for its sound. I bought it and installed it into my BC RICH Custom NJ Warlock, and it just screamed. Perfect for use with a Floyd Rose. Note: This pickup is fantastic for DISTORTION. It is horrible for clean sounds.
