This mic rocks. I was going to get the SM58 but budget prohibited me so I opted for this PG58 ... What a deal! The crispness for vocal is amazing. I am a tenor (for sake of describing my range) and the mic has great sound on highs and lows and it is sensitive enough that you don’t need to eat it to be heard. Comes with a little leather case and cord and also a mic clip. If you are not sure what mic to get to sound great with, then this is the one for you.

I give this product a very high score and would recommend it to anyone that is thinking about getting one. The sounds that come out of this unit are amazing and very clear. Sometimes too clear if you know what I mean, (Doing Karaoke and all).

You’re not going to go on world tour with this mic but if you need an inexpensive backup mic for a bar band you cant go wrong. It sounds clear and has a nice field; it reacts to lows well and also works to mic an amp or to use as a mic for recording. It sounds a lot better and louder than other mics in the price range.
