I twirled flag for three years in high school. I won't say how many years ago that was but, I bought this flag and a pole to get some exercise and I love it. I only have one complaint, the loop Velcro strips on the flag are too small so the flag gets snagged on the hook Velcro strips on the pole. The fact that the Velcro on the pole doesn't stay covered well also causes it to scratch my hands, which is annoying. I'm going to sew on some extra Velcro to fix the problem. Over all this is a great flag. It really looks good enough to spin in competition and would be a very bold color statement in any show. I always favored simple flags because they put the focus on the talent of the spinners.
