GS330S
6 String Acoustic
The G Series from Takamine has created great controversy. Play a G Series guitar and you're apt to think it's one of the finest acoustic/electrics made. That's because it is. Actually, each one is made under the commanding rule of the luthiers who hand craft the guitars of the pros. Which is precisely why the G Series feel so good, and sound so good. The contention, however, comes down to this: How can such fine instruments be so incredibly affordable?
There is no simple answer. But what we can tell you is that these guitars rival the mid and many upper line models of other popular makers. Be it construction, the woods chosen, or the playability, nothing in the G Series has been sacrificed. Fact is, the Takamine G Series even comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

Just bought this GS330S after playing it at the local Music & Arts Center. With Daddario EJ16's this guitar is a fingerpickers dream.Everything from Wayfaring Stranger to Hotel California this guitar rings with purity of solid cedar.Stays in tune very well and after a week of playing everynight, still don't need to replace strings.Action is just right with no buzz on any fret.If your on a budget don't fear.Quality is 2nd to none.

How much??

What a great buy! I was searching for a beater/ practice acoustic when I came across one of these on Craigslist. I started reading reviews on it and figured I couldnt go wrong by getting one. I picked it up and it was in near perfect shape.. I took it home, restrung it and started playing. Wow. Louder and richer sounding than any acoustic ive played while searching in the $300 range, or even in the $800 range.. by a lot. Its light weight so its good for packing around, though i worry a bit about damaging it. Didnt have a pick guard so i spent $5 and got a clear one. Havent had any problems at all and had lots of compliments on sound an looks from other people. Im treating my new beater/ practice guitar like a baby.. Guess I dont need to so much since I can get another one for so cheap. If you want a great value guitar that doesnt sound like one, this is hands down the way to go. Id buy another if something happened to this one.

Great Sound, Great Value

Beautiful finish and rich, loud sound make this one a winner. I tried other acoustics at double the price and this Tak was better. Made in Taiwan and the quality is superb. I can't find a single thing wrong with it, and it came in a nice hardcase from Music123. The case isn't available at most retailers.

Simply the best "first guitar" available. Sound, action, appearance, build quality better than any in class. I bought one as a second guitar. Then bought another for my son - his first. Love them both.
