This package features a small, great-sounding and very capable Yamaha MG82CX mixer, a pair of Mackie Thump TH-12A powered main speakers, and a pair of Kustom KC10M floor monitors. Accessories include a pair of standard speaker stands, two microphones, four 20' XLR cables to connect the mics to the mixer and the mixer to the powered speakers, and two TRS cables. You'll need some kind of power stage to fire up the monitors.
Yamaha MG82CX
The Yamaha MG82cx mixer offers audio quality that will satisfy the most critical listener, surprising flexibility and ease-of-use, and some advanced features you normally wouldn't find in this type of compact mixer. The MG82cx weighs only 3-1/2 lb. and is small enough to pop into your briefcase or shoulder bag and easily take with you anywhere. But the performance you'll get at the studio, club, outdoors, or anywhere you choose to use these fine mixers is far from lightweight.
The Yamaha MG82cx has a total of 8 input channels consisting of 2 mono microphone/line channels and three stereo line channels. Two of the stereo channels can be used as mono microphone inputs, providing a total of four microphone inputs when necessary. Gain trim covers a wide -60dB to -16dB range for microphone input, and -34dB to +10dB for line input.
Top-mounted input and output connectors make setting up and re-patching your system quick and easy. It features high-quality Neutrik balanced XLR connectors on both mono microphone/line channels and two of the stereo channels. The XLR-equipped stereo channels can accept mono microphone input either via the XLR or phone jack connectors. The remaining stereo channel on the MG82cx mixer provides phone jack and pin jack connectors for compatibility with a wide range of sources. The two mono input channels also feature insert I/O connectors that let you patch external signal processing gear into those channels as required. Separate pin-jack 2TR inputs are provided to accept the output from a CD player or similar stereo source.

Mackie's Class-D Fast Recovery low-frequency amp drives the woofer more efficiently with less heat byproduct than other speakers. But so much more goes into a Mackie loudspeaker design than just amplifiers. Mackie Active technology (based on the popular SRMv2 Series) divides the frequencies via a precision 2-way crossover and also time aligns the signals so low-frequency and high-frequency signals arrive in sync to every member of your audience. Active compression provides a first line of defense for the drivers and thermal circuitry protects the amplifiers and power supply should things get too hot. All the onboard electronic systems work together dynamically to produce superior quality sound previously unavailable in this price range.
Kustom KPC10M
The 10" Kustom KPC10M Monitor Speaker Cab boasts a horn and a specially voiced crossover to ensure clear separation of frequencies for crisp, full-range audio reproduction. The speaker cabinet's 10" woofer delivers punchy low frequencies, while a 2" x 6" horn produces bright high-end tones. The KPC10M monitor cab is equipped with 2 parallel input jacks. Sturdily constructed, Kustom gives the monitor reinforced corners and heavy-duty Tolex covering. The Kustom KPC10M speaker also offers 30, 60, and 90 positioning.
