Any musician's success is a result of their versatility. The Yamaha YSL354V Valve Trombone offers just that, with a capital "V." This instrument is the tool I use when the low brass section needs to be a one man band accompanied by a trumpeter. Combine the tuba, baritone, trombone, and trumpet and what do you get? It's the Jekyl and Hyde of our band, and the fans love the transition the most. I'll be streaming a smooth jazz slide for six measures, and then variate valve progression bridging into the hipper sounds.
