These cymbals are great . . .I got them 2 weeks before my bands 1st gig... they preformed great! The high-hats have a great click sound... and sound really good open also. The Crash sound really good. The ride dose have kind of a high pitch sound when played soft. . . but sounds really good when hit hard…overall these cymbals are really good for the price and anybody just starting or been playing for years.

I started playing rock again a few years ago and needed some cymbals asap. I bought the ZBT rock pack and was thrilled with the quality for the price. I have a 20" ride, 16" crash, 18' crash, and 14" hats. I love the sound or the ride and crashes, but wasn't thrilled with the hats. I ended up recording some with the ride and crashes, and they sounded great. Nice high pitched tone with a lot of punch. They cut through really well. I have since started upgrading, but I plan to keep my ZBT's for practice and possibly some gigs. I have started to notice some denting in the 16" crash which is a little disappointing. They are overall pretty heavy cymbals.
