Release Date:09/21/2018;Notes:Vinyl LP pressing. 2018 solo album from the former Barenaked Ladies frontman. This album follows 2016's Heal Thyself Pt. 1: Instinct. Discipline: Heal Thyself, Pt. II was recorded at Fresh Baked Woods studios just outside of Toronto and Vancouver's Doghouse of Thunder Studio with Craig Northey. The album marks Page's fifth solo album. Musically, the album tips it's hat to many of Page's influences including the punk rock movement and David Byrne as well as a nod to the Bee Gees and the Zombies.
