It is standard bassoon size, but with keywork simplified and designed to fit hands of young players. The light weight, adapted keywork, and well-adjusted springs provide easy playability and comfortable fingering. Easy response, accurate intonation, and rich tonal quality will fully satisfy the needs of aspiring young bassoonists.

Amati bassoons are crafted by the most skilled and gifted artisans with great attention to detail and key adjustment. All keys and pads are hand-assembled for tight, secure action. Instruments are tuned and checked prior to leaving the factory.
