Amazing

Comments about Besson BE967 Sovereign Series Silver Compensating Euphonium:

I got this horn after a couple of years of playing on beat up old 3 valve school horns, I'd spent about 6 months looking for the right instrument. Then I found a BE967, my first reaction was simply to the looks, it was a 15 year old horn but the only signs of that was a small scratch. Then I finally got to start playing on it. It has a beautiful sound, especially in the lower register, and it's much easier to control higher notes on this horn than on most other horns I've played (such as a Wilson 29050s) and this is by far the easiest one to go high with. The only minor setback is that the 4th valve key is a little scratchy and slower than the other 3, but this isn't a major problem most of the time

Comments about Besson BE967 Sovereign Series Silver Compensating Euphonium:

When I got my Sovereign, I expected nothing but the best, and that's what I got. The sound is full, open, and typical of a British euphonium. The valves are small, smooth, and tight. I have had this horn for about six months now and it really is a good instrument.

Simply the BEST

Comments about Besson BE967 Sovereign Series Silver Compensating Euphonium:

This is the closest we have come to finding a "perfect" euphonium. This horn has so many improvements from previous years, yet maintains all that was already "right" about the Besson line. Free blowing, WONDERFUL feel/response up and down the range, GREAT intonation, simply the best valves on the market, cosmetically superior to anything else out there, and are now VERY consistent coming from the new factory in Germany. Gerhard is doing a FABULOUS job with the production, and it really is the quality control that has been a stamped trademark of the Buffet Crampon name for years. Besson truly is better than ever, but don't just take my word for it...try it for yourself! This horn is LIGHT YEARS better than my old 642, and truly has made me a better player simply from switching. Being a part of the Buffet Crampon and Besson team, I can honestly say that there is no amount of money on this earth that would even entice me to switch to another euphonium. It simply put is the best on the market.
