The D’Addario Equinox USB Rechargeable Headstock Tuner with NS Reflex Capo brings together two essential tools for electric and acoustic guitarists. The Equinox headstock tuner precisely tunes stringed instruments via a sensitive piezo sensor that uses vibrations rather than sound, allowing frustration-free tuning in noisy situations—such as band rehearsals where “that band member” won’t ever turn down. The large, pivoting display includes a multi-colored screen, making viewing easy in dimly lit recording studios, darkened stages and sunny outdoor gigs. Charging is through a micro-USB port. The NS Reflex Capo was designed by renowned inventor Ned Steinberger to deliver buzz-free, in-tune performance on any fret. Direct horizontal pressure and a micrometer tension adjustment prevents the pulling of strings side to side, which means you aren’t stopping to retune throughout a performance. Side-Action geometry not only makes it easy to open and close the capo, it also ensures even tension, regardless of the instrument’s neck profile.
