Electro-Voice RE20 Dynamic Cardioid Microphone
The Electro-Voice RE20 Microphone is well-suited for recording and sound reinforcement applications. This Variable-D design dynamic cardioid microphone features a heavy-duty internal pop filter to reduce proximity effects, while an internal element shock mount reduces vibration-induced noise. Integral blast and wind filters cover each acoustic opening. Bass roll-off switch. 45Hz-18kHz frequency response.
Electro-Voice 309-A Shock Mount
The Electro-Voice 309A suspension shock mount provides near-perfect shock isolation for already internally shock mounted microphones. For most applications, the Model 309A may be attached directly to the recording boom or to a floor stand. The 309A mount design allows quick installation of the RE20, RE27N/D, or RE320 microphone. No tools are required to install. A double safety factor is provided to ensure that the microphone will remain attached to the shock mount under any conditions. Four molded neoprene shock cords suspend and support the microphone within an aluminum and steel frame-work to effectively isolate it from mechanical shock and vibration.
