Fender PM-2 Parlor Ovangkol Fingerboard Acoustic-Electric Guitar

Fender's U.S.-designed Paramount series acoustic instruments, like this affordable PM-2 Parlor acoustic-electric with ovangkol fingerboard, are finely crafted and specially voiced to bring your artistic vision to life. Each of these all-solid guitar offers many legacy design elements of classic '60s models, including checkerboard purfling and rosette, pickguard shape, and abalone and mother-of-pearl "Concert Tone" fingerboard inlays. Even with their Art Deco look, Paramount instruments still retain their footing in modern design.

With all-solid back, sides and top, the PM-1 Parlor is built to project with the player's personality in mind. Rosewood back and sides coalesce with a grade-A Sitka spruce top for tone that's lifelike, powerful and balanced.

The PM-2 has a modern Fender- and Fishman-designed PM preamp system specifically voiced for its body shape, ensuring complete tonal control and variation. Complete with tuner, frequency (bass, middle and treble) and phase controls, this collaboration in preamp design is specially voiced for the parlor shape. Not only does this special engineering offer versatile ways to fine-tune your tone, but also imparts an elegant retro look reminiscent of old-school radio knobs.
