I got two of these cellos for my school orchestra. The first one had a crack at the top of the neck, and the second one arrived with the sound post rattling around loose inside. The pieces don't seem to line up either (i.e. the nut was wider than the neck and the holes in the pegs sometimes pinch the string against the peg box). I would highly recommend stepping up to one of the more well known brands. I have gotten much better results from Strunal and Cremona string instruments in the past, and have learned my lesson about trying to save a few bucks.
I purchased 2 ? cellos for my orchestra. This company has quality control issues. Of the two I received, one had a broken scroll. Understandable that it was broken in transit so we sent it back. The second one had a crack down the fingerboard. It looked as though they glued it back together and poorly attempted to cover it up. I sent it back. One of the replacements came with a chip out of the fingerboard. They added wood putty and again poorly attempted to cover it up. The bridge was too low on all instruments. The strings looked like something you would find on a baby guitar at a dollar store. Would I recommend this to anyone ? NO!
